Job Description About your tasks: You oversee our entire marketing portfolio, managing and coordinating marketing activities across multiple channels You develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to support the further growth of the business in all our 7 active countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, France), taking into consideration the varying stages of development in our markets, as well as new growth opportunities, for example through the digital prescription in Germany Your strategic approach is customer-centric, with a keen awareness of the opportunities and challenges presented by our different customer segments. This includes the development of personalized retention methods for our more than 12.5 Mio. active customers, the attraction of the most valuable new customers, and the promotion of a compelling and appealing brand identity You establish a data-driven & automated marketing structure and tech & tool stack to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability You lead a diverse team of people, including both individual contributors and team leaders. Through servant leadership you inspire and empower your team to reach their full potential, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning You manage and optimize significant marketing budgets, ensuring a solid return on investment and reporting on key performance indicators to our management You establish strong relationships with our country & platform management, category & onsite merchandising, pricing and product development to leverage synergies, identify opportunities and maximize overall value for the entire organization
