Your Tasks
* Operational handling of international tenders/opportunities in the medical device sector
* Elaboration and timely compilation of all relevant proposal/tender documents
* Communication and coordination with the responsible departments in the company (e.g. product management, regulatory affairs, logistics, R&D, sales, etc.)
* Review and control of all agreements and contracts (e.g. product specifications, delivery times, etc.)

Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in an economic or science-related field, ideally in a discipline related to healthcare
* Experience in public procurement and CRM tools is advantageous
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Fluently in English, both written and spoken
* Open minded, team player, self-reliant, positive attitude, and appearance

* Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.
