You will play a critical role in developing the future of our digital internal products and enhance the user experience throughout the entire rental experience. You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives in the domain of our counter rental software.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
* You drive the user experience of our SIXT counter applications and create a compelling vision, mission, and roadmap for your products that inspire colleagues and achieve business goals.
* You adapt a hands-on approach to tackle complex issues and pain points by analysing data and visiting our corporate countries to collect valuable user feedback and deliver excellent results.
* Collaborating with our operations and customer service department is also among your tasks to understand the interdependencies of our processes and develop products with smooth end-to-end workflows that boost our global rental process KPI’s.
* You deliver outcome-focused products based on a structured and prioritized backlog that make a significant impact on our bottom line.
* You bring together business and tech teams and convey information to stakeholders clearly, up to a board level.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* You bring several years of product management experience, are experienced in agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
* You bring a highly organized and structured approach to work, with a positive and hands-on attitude as well as an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on finding solutions.
* A strong focus on data-driven and impact-oriented approaches is a matter of course for you and you are comfortable with metrics and KPIs and know how to translate strategy into actions.
* Experience in working with remote and distributed teams as well as experience in SaaS companies, while not essential, is a plus.
* You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for others and you are fluent in English – German is a plus.
