Your BIG challenge as a Senior End-to-End Process Optimization Manager
As a Senior End-to-End Process Optimization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading process optimization initiatives, improving cost efficiency, and enhancing supplier collaboration across our end-to-end supply chain, mainly based on our Time Mapping Flow Analysis (TMFA) methodology. TMFA is a tool from the Lean system toolbox and is deployed within Intersnack as part of the IWS (Integrated Work System) program. It is an improvement program that identifies opportunities with an end-to-end mindset, involving the full supply chain from suppliers to customers.
This role will serve as a critical interface between Intersnack Procurement (ISP) and suppliers, ensuring effective project execution and identifying opportunities for process and cost improvement.
This is a highly strategic international project management role, requiring strong stakeholder management, resilience, and the ability to drive change. As a self-driven and proactive professional you will work with cross-functional teams and suppliers across various cultural and operational landscapes, adjusting approaches to suit local requirements. For this position you will be based in Zevenaar (The Netherlands), or Düsseldorf (Germany). This role involves EU travel and international travel.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage 4-5 end-to-end projects per year between our key suppliers and the operating company with focus on TMFA methodology, including the 4 pillars new product development, portfolio optimization, process & planning, transport & warehousing.
* Lead workshops to assess and optimize workflows, reducing inefficiencies, complexity, working capital and improving time management.
* Develop time maps and process flow diagrams to visualize current operations and identify bottlenecks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional, international, intercultural teams to collect data, analyze work sequences, and recommend enhancements.
* Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to improve efficiency.
* Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
* Act as a change agent to ensure seamless adoption of workflow improvements.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards for tracking project progress and outcomes.
