They have a very dynamic and fast-paced culture, akin to a start-up mentality, hence resilience and dynamism are essential The VP Growth Marketing will be responsible for helping transition the business from a paid first approach to an organic growth strategy to driv e customer acquisition and revenue growth across the app and web. Your expertise in strategy development, campaign execution, data analysis, and team management will contribute to their continued success and growth. You will have direct reports across paid acquisition, SEO, online shop managers with the shared goal of driving growth across the app and web. You will have full autonomy to grow/develop these teams.
