Partner with Compliance and Customer Support to address regulatory challenges and customer support automations by successfully driving required work across engineering teams. Lead complex provider migrations, ensuring seamless integration of BaaS providers, core banking systems, and KYC/payment partners while minimizing impact on customers. Identify and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort in regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and customer support workflows. Plan and oversee sprints and releases, balancing team capacity with dependencies across internal and external stakeholders. Advocate for customer-centric banking operations, ensuring that trust, security, and financial clarity are embedded into operational processes and interfaces. Own key banking & compliance metrics, tracking and optimizing operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and operational resilience. What we're looking for Advanced experience as a Product Manager in fintech, banking, or a regulated industry, with a focus on operations, compliance, or infrastructure. Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with executive teams, compliance/legal experts, and external banking partners. You have a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and enjoy facilitating cross-functional collaboration in the product owner role including backlog management & sprint planning. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using key banking and compliance metrics to drive improvements. You bring a customer-centric mindset to everything you do. Proven track record of managing integrations with BaaS, core banking, or payment service providers. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD2, AML, KYC) and experience embedding compliance into seamless customer experiences. You are fluent in English.
