Manage regional marketing for the Central Europe market segment in a global, fast-growing SaaS company that drives the decarbonization of construction, representing half of global carbon emissions. We are hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to plan and execute awareness and lead generation activities that create a sales pipeline for our Central Europe market (DACH & Italy), one of the largest segments in Europe. One Click LCA’s carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction and built environment (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions. As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Regional Marketing Team which is responsible for orchestrating all regional marketing activities in the Central Europe region, including events, webinars, campaigns and any other local marketing initiatives. You work closely with our Business Development Team to set the regional priorities and planning, as well as with other marketing team members to get the plans executed. You’ll join a supportive, effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role. You'll work with a very international team and will also support other functions when necessary. This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Germany or the DACH region. What you will do: Plan and implement effective marketing strategies and plans for the Central Europe market and the individual countries. Manage all events, multi-channel campaigns and other local marketing initiatives across the region. Close collaboration with our Global Growth team to optimise your local website, paid search and social campaigns & local operations. Close collaboration with our Global Brand team to finetune our messaging for the CEU region & localise and create compelling content. Ensure we achieve our revenue targets by tracking weekly regional funnel performance (MQL, SQL, Pipeline) and proactively addressing potential gaps and growth opportunities. Work closely with the members of the Business Development Team - these are your most important stakeholders internally. Stay ahead of local construction sustainability requirements, regulations and trends in order to identify relevant opportunities. What you need: 3 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment. Understanding of the DACH marketing landscape - gained from at least 3 years' experience living and working in the region. Direct experience planning and executing demand generation campaigns against measurable goals. Event management experience - organising own events and webinars as well as sponsorships at 3rd party trade shows. Strong writing and communication skills in English, and native level in German. Excellent business sense and general marketing acumen. Clear, direct, timely and relevant communication style. Good cooperation skills. Understanding of and passion for sustainability, ideally in the construction sector, but willingness and demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience.
