YOU AREThe Regional Alliance Development Manager at SoftServe plays a critical role in bridging the gap between strategic alliances and operational execution. The r-ADM will work directly with the external partner team to develop, manage and grow the partnership and regional joint business planning resulting in increased SoftServe brand awareness and trust with the partner ensuring higher collaboration. They will also be working closely with our internal teams including Sales, Delivery, Technical Specialists, Marketing, Biz ops Enablement, etc. – supporting, orchestrating and enabling SoftServe’s GTM working with teams that drive solution development, partner marketing, sales GTM and portfolio enablement that helps SoftServe drive business and business / registrations back to our partners.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging Regional Relationships with Google Cloud:Regional Field-Level Engagement: r-ADM manages and nurtures relationships with the partner’s regional and sub-regional field teams. This includes establishing strong communication channels and ensuring consistent engagement with key partner stakeholders to foster mutual understanding and collaboration.Partnership Alignment: They align SoftServe’s regional activities with SoftServe’s global partnership strategies and the partner’s strategies, ensuring that both companies at all levels work towards common goals and capitalize on joint opportunities.Driving Business Development and Sales Enablement:Support and Enablement: r-ADM is instrumental in empowering SoftServe’s business development and sales teams. They provide the necessary support, resources, and guidance to effectively engage with while supporting the sales process. This involves understanding partner’s ecosystem, leveraging resources, and aligning SoftServe’s capabilities.Strategic Collaboration: They work closely with these teams to develop and execute strategies that capitalize on partner offerings, ensuring that SoftServe’s services are positioned to address market demands and client challenges effectively.Ensuring Strategic and Communication Alignment:Robust Communication: Maintaining open and robust communication channels with the partner is crucial. The r-ADM facilitates this by regularly interfacing with SoftServe and partner teams to discuss partnership performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.Strategic Consistency: They ensure that SoftServe’s actions and strategies are consistently aligned with SoftServe and partnership priorities and business objectives, fostering a cohesive and unified approach to going-to-market together.Leveraging Google Cloud Positioning:Effective Use of Partner’s Market Positioning: Partner r-ADM guide SoftServe’s go-to-market (GTM) teams in effectively leveraging SoftServe and partner’s joint market positioning. This involves understanding and utilizing partner strengths and competitive advantages to enhance SoftServe’s client value propositions.GTM Alignment: They work closely with GTM roles and teams to ensure that all marketing and sales efforts are aligned with partner positioning and strategic priorities, driving cohesive and effective market engagement.Strategic Impact:Comprehensive Field Coverage: Partner r-ADM provides critical field coverage, ensuring that SoftServe’s regional teams are aligned with Partner’s local and regional strategies. This localized approach helps in focused market-specific opportunities and addressing regional challenges.Enhanced Partnership Value: By managing relationships, facilitating strategic alignment, and driving enablement, r-ADM brings scale to the partnering effort and enhance the overall value of the partnership, contributing to revenue growth and market presence.Operational Excellence: Their efforts in supporting, enabling and aligning teams ensure operational excellence, making sure SoftServe presents itself as a polished and strategic partner while also securing full and fair representation of SoftServe’s business performance back to the partner.Required Competencies & ExperienceA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technology alliance development, management or Sales; A robust understanding of foundational enterprise technologies including cloud, applications, data and AI; Experience in go-to-market initiatives that are especially aligned with GCP is preferred however experience with other hyperscale cloud or technology providers will also be considered; Candidates withrelevant certifications in Google Cloud will be given preferential consideration; Native German speaker or Professional proficiency in German Language.Preferred SkillsRelationship Building: Strong skills in establishing and maintaining productive and positive relationships with a diverse set of partners and stakeholders.Influence and Persuasion: Persuade others to understand and accept your point of view or action, particularly when it comes to securing partner buy-in and driving sales initiatives.Interpersonal Sensitivity: Demonstrated awareness and consideration for the positions and needs of others – especially in politically charged situations – which is crucial for navigating the complexities of partner relationships.Consultative Skills: Having a consultative approach to understanding clients/partners pain points, challenges and goals and ability to present a tailored solution(s).Active Listening: The capacity to fully concentrate, understand, respond, and then remember what is being said in engagements with partners and internal teams.QualificationsEducation: Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, MBA is a plus.CertificationsWeighted consideration given to candidates possessing one or more formal certifications for Google Cloud Platform.Other RequirementsWillingness to travel a minimum of 30%, including domestic and international travel, to client and team location; Strong commitment to client success, driving business growth through client partnerships.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or protected veteran status.
