The company employs approximately 160 people at its Zeven location in Lower Saxony, situated between Hamburg and Bremen.
Job Description
As our new Product & Marketing Manager you will be part of our Renewable Gas Business Unit and responsible of defining and managing the market strategy as product / offering strategy with focus on Bio – LNG / LBG portfolio. In detail this includes:
Define and manage market strategy by conducting market intelligence:
1. Market size, geographies & drivers, Market competition and Portfolio benchmarking
2. Derive renewable energy regulatory framework, and identify opportunities for financing through grants / subsidies applications
3. Strategic positioning / way to market
4. Support setting of annual and 3 year-plan sales targets
5. Support definition of communication strategy in coordination with Sales and Communication departments
Define and manage product / offering strategy:
6. Benchmark current technology / product / offering portfolio vs. market and competition
7. Propose product / portfolio development to close gaps, and improve positioning in cooperation with R&D, including Budget allocations
8. Support definition of USP (unique selling propositions) in coordination with Sales and R&D
9. Develop / prepare tools and trainings to support the sales activities
10. Define and maintaining pricing tools and set proper target pricing
11. Support definition of digitalization strategy
Qualifications
12. Relevant degree in engineering, economics or project management
13. Experience in international product & marketing management (development of market strategy, in product launches and implementation of output-based service concepts)
14. Sound knowledge in renewable energy regulatory framework, and application for grants / subsidies
15. Strategic thinking and ability to implement concepts throughout the organization
16. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
18. Possessing excellent people skills that facilitate easy interaction with various internal and external stakeholders
19. Business fluent in English and German, French beneficial
20. Willingness to travel approx. 30 - 50 %
