Location: Preferably at the headquarters in Germany near Cloppenburg, but a flexible work location or remote work arrangement is possible.
Your Responsibilities:
* You have the technical expertise to support the "Organic Minerals" product range and ensure its effective use in animal nutrition across various species
* You are responsible for visiting global customers and distributors within the feed industry, working closely with sales colleagues to promote and support the product range
* You will gain market intelligence, analyze competitors, and create strategic product positioning to maintain our competitive advantage
* You will conduct feeding trials in collaboration with customers or research institutes to validate and optimize the product's effectiveness
* You will cooperate closely with the sales organization by providing technical and scientific training and support to ensure their success
* You are expected to participate actively in scientific and professional events, delivering presentations and engaging in forums
Your Qualifications:
* You have completed a degree in Veterinary Medicine or Agricultural Sciences with a focus on animal nutrition
* You bring over 10 years of professional experience in product management or sales within the global animal feed industry, with a strong network in the field
* You have experience with organic minerals, which is considered a plus
* You have a customer-oriented mindset. In this position, you will work with a team of highly qualified product managers. You will enjoy the opportunity to personally convince our global customers of our concepts and products, utilizing your commercial understanding and persuasive skills, while embracing the international scope of the role
* You are skilled in presentations and communication, with a strong customer-oriented mindset
* You possess excellent teamwork, organizational skills, and the ability to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment
* You speak fluent English; knowledge of German and other foreign languages is a plus
* You are highly willing to travel internationally (>50%)
