Global Rewards & People Analytics is responsible for advising the Reinsurance Group on all topics concerning rewards and providing the Munich Re Group with people analytics insights. In Global Rewards, we shape the reward strategy, are responsible for senior executive compensation and globally operating programs, ensure strong reward governance, and optimise reward operations. While having a global remit, the fundament of our success is the strong collaboration of global, regional and local HR teams. You will be joining the Global Rewards team and report directly into the Global Head of Rewards & People Analytics.
YOUR JOB
1. Support global and group-wide reward projects while managing multiple concurrent workflows and prioritising relevant tasks
2. Implement reward-analytics capabilities by gathering data, analysing the information, and displaying it in presentations / dashboards
3. Support compliance reviews by checking the adherence to regulatory remuneration regulations, global HR policies, and HR guidelines
4. Complete ad-hoc tasks on short notice by gathering various information across the organisation
5. Work closely with colleagues in all regions across varying time zones, businesses, and organisational set-ups
6. Review developments in the rewards field by analysing market trends, new regulations, and research
7. Provide your input in shaping your role as it evolves
YOUR PROFILE
8. Several years' experience in Rewards within a multi-national company/ consulting firm
9. Experience in international/ cross-regional reward processes across the core activities of rewards
10. Excellent command of English
11. Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills
12. Above-average dedication, accuracy, and reliability
13. Confident manner, persuasiveness, and skill in working with many different players
14. Studies in business management, economics or law
