Managing facility bills, equipment orders. Provide administrative help for employees so they can stay focused on their development task. Keep track of office supplies. Planning appointments and events. Make travel arrangements; organize business travel plans for colleagues. Facilitate internal communication (distribute information). Handle office-related invoices, controlling the related budget. Organize office events, such as birthday parties and team buildings. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role. Support onboarding of new employees and collaborate with IT for setup of equipment Liaise with IT for any office related updates/technical checks and support requests Sales support Update weekly reports on sales progress and share with the team Making sure incoming leads are allocated and pursued Support the preparation of internal meetings (e.g. Sales Meetings and Town Halls) and prepare powerpoint slides Support Budget Owners with client meeting preparation (e.g. update powerpoint slides with client-related sales figures) SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Excellent English and German communication skills Reliable and accurate work Demonstrate process discipline Good organizational skills Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point skills EXPERIENCE 2 years’ experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
