Manager, Inside Sales & Operations - Southern Europe Main Purpose of Position Located in the Toulouse office & operationally reporting to the Director, Sales – SE and functionally to the Regional Manager, Inside Sales & Operations – EMEA, this position will combine training, support and guidance of the SE ISR & Operations team to efficiently maximize strategic account development, customer service, and new business development in conjunction with the Director, Sales – SE and Regional Manager, Inside Sales & Operations – EMEA Manager, and aid the efforts required to meet and exceed the Company’s goals and objectives. An upbeat and positive attitude, collaborative spirit and strong customer service orientation are critical to succeed in this role. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provide support, training and guidance to all ISR and Operations – SE Ensure the sales office is operating at maximum efficiency by ensuring workload is evenly distributed and continue to examine ways of constantly improving and streamlining the office practices. Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives for ISR and Operations – SE, review these objectives and meet with specific individuals on a defined basis. Ensure the sales office provides a first-class customer service by proactively driving all sales support functions. Ensure all ISR and Operations – SE work in synergy with strategy defined in conjunction with the Regional Manager, Inside Sales & Operations - EMEA Ensure all ISR and Operations – SE are in full alignment with appropriate practices and procedures in place at our Global corporate headquarters. Ensure that all ISR and Operations – SE training manual is kept up to date and all new/updated aspects added as required. Support the monthly finance report collections sheet within an agreed timescale. Perform all ISR and Operations – SE Staff reviews highlighting any concerns, training needs or issues. Responsible for all ISR and Operations – SE Performance Reviews. Provide required reportage to the Regional Manager, Inside Sales & Operations - EMEA Ensure all training updates from Global Corporate Headquarters are rolled out to all ISR and Operations – understood and adhered to by all team members Manage OTD performance of RE Licensed Manufacturing purchase orders. Responsibility of local pricing decisions to maximize regional revenue in line with the companies’ guidelines Responsibility for SE Regional backlog management. Drive trackable Business Development process to increase trading customer engagement. Devising, roll-out and monitoring ISR and Operations – SE quarterly sales promos. Full Office Management, including vendor correspondence, supply procurement, health and safety requirements but no limited to.
