Purpose of the role:
As a Global Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin (m/f/d), you will be responsible for leading and supporting regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations that touch the wider CRM ecosystem across Fresenius Kabi's business units and regions. You will work closely with regional, global and local teams in Sales, IT, Commercial Excellence and digital transformation to ensure a transparent and fruitful collaboration.
You will also help delivering end user support and drive CRM adoption to gain efficiencies wherever possible. Developing and maintaining training materials and providing training sessions to ensure stakeholder understand and can effectively use new systems or processes will be one of your key responsibilities.
On top of the ad-hoc and immediate needs of the current infrastructure and design, you will also be supporting the global OneCRM initiative which will bring a harmonized Commercial Ecosystem across regions and business units. Supporting in the overall project management as well as the set up of the wider OneCRM Governance framework will be one of your key deliverables as part of this global program. Additionally, you will also play a pivotal role when it comes to the harmonization of global business processes and the initial design & configuration of our OneCRM instance (primarily focused on Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud as well as Field Service).
Your assignments
1. You will be acting as a liaison between different stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, developers, digital transformation, and project managers, to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
2. You are constantly applying analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems and make informed decisions.
3. You will be responsible in analyzing current business processes, data, and systems to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
4. You will be creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant artifacts.
5. You will also be creating visual representations of current and future business processes to aid in understanding and decision-making. Configuring the OneCRM instances with a focus on Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud, also including Field Service
6. You will support with the configuration and set-up of the new Life Science Cloud.
Your profile
7. You have a successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics or a similar field, preferably with MBA or PhD
8. You gained at least 5+ years of professional work experience in Pharma/ Life Science industry, in CRM and commercial focussed roles within a Commercial Excellence environment
9. You bring at least 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin, ideally within an international Matrix driven environment
10. You offer profound project management and stakeholder management skills
11. You hold a Salesforce Admin Certification (this is a must for us (a Business Analyst certification preferred))
12. You have an independent, process- and result-oriented way of working
13. You have excellent communication and presentation skills
14. You are fluent in the English language (written & spoken), any additional languages are an advantage
15. You have gained intercultural experience and are willing to travel internationally
