You’ll join the Growth team, build your own customer base and drive B2B business development. You’ll work alongside serial entrepreneurs and an inspiring management team from ex-Delivery Hero, Forto, McKinsey, and BCG. Activities Build your own customer base and drive B2B business development through outbound sales. Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers. Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process. Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships. Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution. Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus You have prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You demonstrate fluent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus. Team You will join the DACH growth team, and will be reporting to our Head of Sales DACH.
