In this role you have the chance to lead global supply planning, improve supply chain performance, and work with international teams across the globe. Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:
1. Process Owner for the demand-and supply planning processes.
2. Support the Global Multiplication Planning for the Corn Business Unit.
3. Guide regional demand and supply planners and support country organizations
4. Coordinate with seed plants and processing managers to connect planning and execution
5. Prepare Sales & Operation Planning Meetings.
6. Analyze Supply Chain processes and monitor relevant KPIs
7. Independently implement initiatives to improve the supply chain KPIS
8. Drive the digitalization of the KWS Supply Chain, including S&OP and Integrated Business Planning.
Your Profile – Competence Meets Personality:
9. Degree in agricultural engineering, economics, supply chain management or related field.
10. Professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, or controlling.
11. Proven expertise in demand and supply planning.
12. Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel and Power BI); knowledge of Power Apps and SAP R3/ECC or SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
13. Experience in the management of complex projects in an international context, is a plus
14. Intercultural competence, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
15. Methodical competence, analytical thinking skills and a strong process orientation paired with a structured and goal-oriented work style.
16. Advanced English skills (mandatory); German or French is a plus.
