What you'll do
Ideally, you will work as a working student for more than 6 months and actively support the training department in realizing the wide range of activities at the Potsdam site. After an induction period, you will take on responsibilities in the following areas:
1. Organisation: You will get to know all of our training tasks in Berlin and Potsdam and provide support with administrative and operational tasks.
2. Recruiting: You will learn how to organize information events and assist with applicant management and the onboarding of Vocational Training students.
3. Marketing: Here you will get an overview of our marketing activities including our social media presence and you will organize and prepare events as well as follow up on them, including student events, information events, trade fairs, holiday internships, Girl's Day, etc.
4. Innovation: You can support the process automation to reduce organisational and administrative tasks (e.g. by using the tool Microsoft Power Automate) and create templates for standardized training processes
In addition, you will get to know many of our dual students and apprentices and if you wish, you can also get involved in your own projects
What you bring
5. Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences for at least another 6 months, preferably longer
6. Computer Skills: Confident use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), in addition a general interest in IT topics is of advantage.
7. Languages: Fluent written and spoken German and English
8. Soft Skills: Strong team orientation and communication skills as well as organizational skills, flexibility and discretion
Meet your team
The SAP training department in Germany has more than 600 dual students and apprentices, worldwide even more than 1500! At the Berlin-Potsdam site, around 30 Bachelor's students from HWR are supervised on site by one Vocational Training manager, who is located in Potsdam.
In addition to a cover letter, CV in tabular form, current transcript of records and valid certificate of enrolment, your application documents should also include copies of mid-term reports, school-leaving certificates and, if available, work references (internships) as attachments. Please also describe your experience and knowledge of foreign languages and computer programs/ programming languages.
