We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to serve as the Head of Digital Data and IT Business Partnering for the Commercial EMEAR region. This pivotal role will drive digital transformation initiatives and enhance commercial processes through innovative IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the biopharma industry, a proven track record as a Digital, Data, and IT Business Partner, and the ability to articulate strategy, roadmap, and business value effectively. You will become a trusted advisor on Digital, Data, AI, and IT topics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Digital Data and IT Business Partnering function and team across the EMEAR region, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial processes and implement industry-standard DDIT applications.
3. Oversee sophisticated project execution, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve strategic goals.
4. Drive Data and AI solutions, particularly within Healthcare Marketing and Sales, to enhance business performance.
5. Provide thought leadership on digital data strategies and IT solutions to support evolving business needs.
6. Perform financial planning, budgeting, and resource capacity forecasting for your area of responsibility.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing executive-level communications and demonstrating cultural awareness.
8. Motivate, mentor, and provide strategic direction to foster a high-impact team culture.
Who You Are:
1. 10 years of proven experience in the IT function within the pharma industry, with a demonstrable background as a Digital, Data and IT Business Partner.
2. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields.
3. Strong experience in supporting commercial processes and familiarity with pharma industry-standard applications.
4. Proven ability to work effectively through others across internal, external, local, regional, and global levels.
5. Experience in a matrixed organization, adept at navigating cultural differences and hybrid work settings.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
7. Proficient in English.
