Job Description:

As part of our commitment to AI growth, we are bringing in a dedicated AI Sales Director to spearhead our go-to-market efforts, build and grow a strong pipeline, and drive business development across the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute AI sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe.
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and engagement to negotiation and deal closure.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring continuous growth in AI opportunities.
* Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for AI solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends, industry challenges, and customer needs.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical specialists and marketing, to tailor AI solutions to customer requirements.
* Stay ahead of AI industry advancements and ensure DXC remains at the forefront of AI-driven business solutions.
* Represent DXC at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* 8+ years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 3+ years focused on AI solutions sales.
* Proven track record in developing, negotiating, and closing complex sales deals.
* Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to articulate value to enterprise clients.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in AI, machine learning, or digital transformation solutions sales.
* Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
* Sales certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) are an advantage.
