Ihre Aufgaben:
* Payment Management: Responsible for all administrative payments; annual statement reconciliation, budget development and control, and strictly following the process
* Asset Management: Including outbound and inbound management, with clear and accurate ledgers; regularly counting administrative assets and clearing historical issues, and releasing idle assets in a timely manner
* Office Management: Equipment and office furniture relocation for each business department, laboratory decoration, workstation statistics/arrangement for each department, etc. Conference and meeting room management; integrated management of Conference room equipment, environment, greening, sanitation, and safety
* Catering: Apply for and distribute meal vouchers to employees on a monthly basis; manage meal vouchers and redeductions for employees who have resigned
* SIM Card: Instruct employees to apply for SIM cards, and manage the issuance and recycling of SIM cards; control excessive SIM fees
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Business/Administration background
* Training in the business related major
* English speaker, and German and/or Chinese advantageous
* Open-minded, hands-on mentality, cross-cultural understanding
* Willing to relocate to Weilheim or Munich surrounding area
* Able to work on-site
