6. ensure that the defined offer process is adhered to and practiced, as well as the process-compliant data quality in the CRM system
7. are the contact person for the entire offer process, the CRM system and the organizer of training courses
8. support the business team in project acquisition with tailored presentation material
9. produce reports for the management
10. qualify the tenders (complexity analysis, technical/ commercial risks)
11. coordinate and moderate meetings
12. develop the offer in compliance with internal guidelines and specifications of the senior management
13. create and coordinate documents and information relevant to tenders and offers
14. manage and follow-up action plans for bid preparation
15. create, prepare and consolidate documents for the presentation of offers and are in charge of follow-up of the tender up to the customer’s decision
16. prepare half-yearly analyses of the offers for the assigned area, including evaluation and making recommendations.
17. create and capitalize tools and templates to support the tendering process, including training, providing best practices, and lessons learned information

YOU…
18. have a technical or business degree with a technical focus (industrial engineering, business administration or similar), ideally with a background in aerospace
19. have practical experience in technical sales, project management, technical order processing, etc.
20. are interested in the technology of the aeronautics industry
21. are business fluent in English and French, have a very good command of German
22. are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills and assertiveness
23. have a structured way of thinking and acting, even in pressurized situations with tight deadlines
