To expand OPPO’s footprint in Europe, raise brand awareness, and shape the telecommunications industry, we are looking for a Channel Manager (f/m/x) to join our Sales Team in Düsseldorf. Channel Strategy Development and Execution: Benchmarking & Analysis: Apply best practices for cross-channel and brand marketing; assess agency and partner effectiveness. Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute localized marketing plans in line with company goals, offering actionable insights. Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitors to optimize strategies and boost market share. Channel Partner Management: Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with channel partners' marketing teams, communicating brand strategies and promotions. Alignment & Support: Align marketing efforts with partner objectives to enhance capabilities and drive sales. Performance Monitoring: Track marketing activities, adjust strategies based on feedback, and implement improvements. Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Campaign Execution: Plan and execute regional campaigns, ensuring consistent brand presentation. Coordination & Optimization: Collaborate with teams to ensure effective execution, monitor results, and optimize ROI. Content & Feedback Management: Manage online content and product listings; address customer feedback to improve satisfaction and perception. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. Experience: 5 years in channel marketing or sales management; 3 years in consumer electronics, especially telecom. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Language: Fluent in English and German; Chinese is a plus. Other: Willingness to travel; strong knowledge of consumer electronics; passion for technology.
