Position Summary
We are looking for an HR Operations Manager / Deputy Head of HR for our vacant position in the HR department at the earliest possible date.
Essential Responsibilities
Your Duties:
1. Responsible for supporting managers and employees in a defined area from recruitment to departure
2. Recruitment, application management and on-boarding
3. Further training management together with performance and talent management
4. Health management
5. Trusting cooperation with employee representatives
6. HR controlling by compiling statistics, evaluations, cost planning, etc.
7. Collaboration and management of HR projects (national/international)
8. Management of the department with 2 employees as a substitute for absences
Position Requirements
The requirements :
9. Successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable degree or completed commercial training and ideally further training as a human resources specialist
10. Several years of professional experience in personnel management and in working with employee representatives
11. Very good knowledge of the MS Office package and a common ERP system
12. Good knowledge of active sourcing
13. Fluent in written and spoken English
14. Experience in dealing with collective bargaining law (IGBCE desirable)
15. High social competence and a good feel for people and situations
16. You enjoy working in a team and impress with your strong communication skills and hands-on mentality as well as a high service orientation
17. High level of commitment and flexibility
18. Confident and convincing appearance and the corresponding assertiveness
