Your main responsibility Act as the super user for customer master data management in CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Document and maintain customer data management processes, workflows, and best practices Perform regular audits and validations to detect duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records Drive initiatives to improve customer data accuracy and reliability Train and support internal teams on data entry best practices and data governance policies Manage the import of customer master data from external suppliers Drive the validation and enrichment of imported data by sourcing missing or incomplete information through external or internal resources Act as the point of contact for customer master data inquiries and issues, providing resolution and guidance Provide backup support for CRM super users when needed Competencies Project Management & Execution: Ability to coordinate data-related projects and ensure alignment with business needs CRM & ERP Expertise: Strong understanding of customer master data structures, governance, and maintenance in CRM and ERP systems User Support & Training: Ability to provide guidance and training to internal teams on data entry best practices and governance policies Data Accuracy & Integrity: Experience in maintaining, auditing, and improving customer master and transactional data Reporting & Analysis: Ability to generate, interpret, and present data-related reports for stakeholders Testing & Change Management: Experience in validating imported data, performing audits, and ensuring system updates align with data quality standards Experience & education 3-5 years of experience working with customer master data in CRM and ERP systems Strong background in data management, governance, and quality control Experience providing user support and training related to data governance Proficiency in generating and analyzing customer and sales data reports Experience working with data validation, audits, and enrichment processes Knowledge of system integrations and data workflows across CRM and ERP platforms What we offer We offer a dynamic work environment that is undergoing significant transformation, moving toward a more agile organization.
