Ihre Aufgaben:
* Key member of the tender team providing schedule status to the capture team leader and tender team
* Develops and maintains the tender schedule by integrating inputs from all functions, units, and third parties contributing to the project
* Communicates about the schedule status to the tender manager, Tender Team, and third parties
* Provides schedule analysis to determine tender schedule risks and opportunities, then works with tender team members to drive risk mitigation strategies
* Prepares critical path analysis and works with multiple critical and near-critical paths
* Generates "what if" scenarios to optimize execution and works with tender teams to evaluate feasibility
* Aligns with the cost controlling function to ensure clear alignment between cost and schedule for accurate project execution
* Loads and manages resources into the project schedule
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Graduate in Engineering or Economic studies
* Solid experience in planning management as part of a tender or project execution team
* Application of planning control principles (WBS, critical path, progress, resource loading)
* Proficient in Primavera P6
* Fluent in English necessary
* Contributes to decision-making and critical approach to data at hand
* Proactivity, anticipation, and problem-solving attitude
* Experience in organizational and strategic planning processes, knowledge of planning integration principles and methods
* Contract management experience, including EOTs and supporting negotiations
* Risk management expertise, experience with CPA and EOT/delay analysis
