About your team : The team, you will head up, consists of 7 internal team members and 3 external experts working in four areas, which belong to different aspects of technology governance. The 4 areas comprise overarching governance aspects but also vendor or application specific operational items: General IT Governance IT Vendor Management Test- and Release management User Access Management General IT Governance The general IT Governance team acts as interface between the whole FFB Technology team and the 2nd and 3rd line of defense teams in FFB: Information Security, Risk, Compliance, BCM, Outsourcing Management and Audit. In that role, the team bridges the 2nd requirements into other Technology teams delivering applications and further IT services. Specific tasks are participation in internal and external IT audits and running several control activities to comply with FFBs regulatory requirements. The team also works in projects - mainly focusing on regulatory changes in the company's IT estate. IT Vendor Management The teams manages the Technology vendors of FFB, starting from vendor selection, onboarding and continued interaction whilst we implement changes with the vendors. It also comprises the risk assessments of those vendors as well as operational aspects like purchase orders and invoicing. The team intensely collaborates with FFBs central outsourcing management and finance departments. Test- und Release management The team coordinates all application testing activities around FFBs enterprise applications and further Technology services. Team members ensure comprehensive and compliant test documentation, but are also a vital part of mission critical production deployment activities. The team collaborates with a broad list of stakeholders inside and outside the FFB Technology department. User Access Management The team looks after all user authorization topics and helps everybody in FFB to get the right application access to fulfill the day2day tasks. It plays an important role when it comes to requesting, approving and provisioning access for people, driven by newly joining or changing the role within FFB. The team also owns the access governance framework and ensures that all access management is done in compliance with FFBs regulatory requirements. That also includes management of the regular access review campaigns, that are conducted for all FFB members of staff. To cover those aspects, the team interacts with all teams within FFB. About your role : You will work as one out of 9 team leads in the FFB Technology department. Main aspects of your role are: Manage and continuously improve the four areas, the team is responsible for Lead, coach and motivate the team members Plan resource capacities for BAU and project related tasks Collaborate closely with all other Technology team leads as well as the Head of Technology Manage relations to important stakeholders in FFB - especially to 2nd and 3rd line teams and their managers Oversee external service providers delivering technology services to FFB You will report into the Head of Technology FFB role.
