For our Pharma Services Division, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join HELM Pharmaceuticals as a Vice President Pharma Services (m/f/d):
In this strategic leadership position, you are responsible for the set-up and continuous development of our highly efficient Pharma Services Organization. In doing so, you contribute to successfully leading and developing the Pharma Services Management team with a strong focus on efficiency, performance and (internal and external) customer centricity.
In detail, this means:
* As a member of the Executive Management, you are responsible for setting up and executing the overall global Pharma Services Strategy.
* In doing so, you will constantly seek for new strategic partnerships to develop and expand the existing business, with a focus on robust FDF product supply.
* Therefore, you will build and develop a standardized and highly automated process landscape for pharma services including frictionless interfaces into our EU FDF Global. This also includes the roll-out of technological solutions in cooperation with corporate IT and suitable 3rd party service providers.
* Business Management and Analytics will also be a part of your role. Here, you are responsible for monitoring the overall Budget and promoting a mindset of constant profit optimization, while focusing on continuous long-term business development as well as a KPI-based planning & controlling across the team.
* In addition to that, you are accountable for the regular reporting as well as stakeholder alignment towards the management and the board.
Your profile:
* You possess of a PhD, MBA, MSc or an equivalent degree.
* You can apply your excellent analytical skills for the overall cost management of the department (estimation, allocation, optimization & control).
* Business Process Management & (IT) project management are familiar to you.
* Furthermore, you are proficient in Business Operations, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
* Moreover, you possess of a general understanding of the API Business and can use your strategic development and implementation skills, for example, for sourcing strategies in Asia.
* You have a high level of leadership experience and enjoy leading intercultural and partly remote working teams, constantly thriving for high performance.
* You can be characterized as an organized, reliable, and trustful contact person and consider yourself as a team player.
* In doing so, you are also motivated to take on new challenges and can use good change-management skills to thrive for operational excellence.
* You are proficient in common IT applications in the context of project management (MS Office, ARIS). Ideally, you have knowledge and professional experience in the use of SAP, Salesforce or another ERP system.
* Professional English skills complete your profile. Further language skills would also be an advantage.
