Your tasks
7. Develop and design appealing teaching materials and presentations.
8. Prepare training measures in a targeted manner.
9. Conduct hands-on training sessions that provide in-depth knowledge of EASA regulations, Airbus 80-T, drawing reading, air law and process changes.
10. Monitor the effectiveness of the training and initiate retraining or corrective actions as needed to ensure the quality of the training content.
11. Support the selection and supervision of trainees in the field of aircraft mechanics production engineering.
12. Ensure the sustainability of further training measures through regular controlling.
13. Be responsible for the maintenance and use of the CBT tool to support the training processes.
Your profile
14. Successfully completed training as an aircraft mechanic in production engineering or comparable IHK metal training with relevant experience in aircraft structural engineering.
15. Completed master craftsman training, e.g. as an industrial foreman in metal or aviation technology.
16. Several years of experience as a trainer or mentor in the technical field.
17. Sound didactic and pedagogical skills, ideally proven by a trainer license or an instructor aptitude test.
18. Good knowledge of aviation legislation and human factors.
19. Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
