Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a Corporate Team Assistant who speaks English and French fluently for a permanent position.
Here are the main responsibilities
Providing administrative support on client matters, such as :
- Opening new matters, including drafting engagement letters and managing the KYC process in cooperation with team members and our dedicated compliance team.
- Assisting with invoicing in cooperation with our accounts team.
- Formatting documents and presentations.
- Filing documentation - both electronic and, to a more limited extent, hard copy.
- Scheduling meetings and assisting with calendar management.
- Arranging business travel for individual team members and for larger groups within the department for specific conferences/events.
- Cooperating with other assistants in the Directorate and providing back-up as necessary.
- Managing any other administrative tasks as needed.
Here are the qualifications
- Assistant-oriented training (Graduate, BTS, Licence LEA) or equivalent experience.
- Previous relevant experience would be considered an asset.
- Excellent command of all MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English and French. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to act responsibly and proactively.
- Capability to work autonomously and within a team.
