In this job you will be responsible for enhancing and evolving the firmware development environment and software quality tools used to build the firmware for complex embedded systems. Responsibilities Implementation of APIs, scripts, and plug-ins for enhancing the firmware development environment Writing code in Python Review code to make sure good practices are being followed Support system integration and validation The opportunity to learn about complex embedded systems covering multiple technologies Qualifications Experiences in programming (e.g. Python, and C/C++) Proficient use of Linux based systems First experience with Linux based development environments incl. eclipse/vs code, git, gcc and cmake. Optionally also have some practical experience of gerrit, coverity, clang, etc. Fluency in written and spoken English Ability to work effectively and respectfully with diverse teams across multiple locations worldwide It would be nice if you also had: Some knowledge of Bash, Perl and TCL Knowledge about optical coherent data transmission technologies
