Key Responsibilities : Develop further and manage the organization's privacy program, including internal policies, guidelines and processes. Develop further and onboard required privacy governance tools and processes to ensure compliance, overview and pro-active management of implemented data protection measures. Develop further and improve reporting system for data protection compliance. Collaborate with legal, IT, information security, and other teams to ensure privacy requirements are integrated into business processes and systems. Respond to privacy incidents and breaches, including investigation and remediation and update and improve respective processes. Collaborate with privacy experts globally to ensure coordination and alignment on standards and processes across different geographies. Develop further and deliver privacy training and awareness programs. Monitor compliance with privacy laws, regulations, and internal policies. Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities as required. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 6 years of relevant working experience 1 years of lateral management experience Bachelor's degree in law, IT, business, or a related field. Proven experience in privacy governance, data protection, audit, IT security management, data governance or a related field. Professional certification such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT is a plus. Interest in global privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident in communicating on senior management level Ambitions for people management responsibilities Working experience in complex multi-national environments Proficiency in English, knowledge of German is a plus Relevant international privacy certification a plus (CIPP, CIPM, etc.)
