We are currently looking for Directors of all levels for our Leasing team in Germany (all cities). The team is involved in the reviewing, analyzing, and maintenance of lease agreements for properties ensuring accuracy in terms, rent calculations, and compliance with contract provisions.
Areas of responsibility
* Prospecting and business development
* Serve as liaison with clients relative to assignments and administrative matters, including being available to respond to inquiries or receive new assignment requests from clients
* Advising clients, landlord and tenant on 1500 sqm +
* Oversee marketing collateral and timelines
* Prepare financial modeling and calculations, investment analysis, cash flow projections, valuations, abstracts, analysis of transactions, etc.
* Perform due diligence (e.g. on-site and market inspections), fact checking and verifications
* Stay informed of trends and developments in real estate, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies and pricing decision
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business growth.
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in real estate brokerage.
* Preferably university degree at MBA level with economics/real estate focus.
* Self-motivated, team oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritise tight deadlines.
* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information.
* Ability to be proactive, anticipate demands and accomplish tasks with minimal direction and oversight.
* Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills; able to interface with clients including their top-level executives.
* Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.
* Ability to work independently while being a team player.
