ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Coordinator, Outbound Marketing will support translating member engagement and retention objectives into project plans for email and push marketing programs, and coordinate their efficient execution. You will work across seven marketplaces (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, India, and Brazil), demonstrating proficiency in both independent work and collaboration within cross-functional project teams.
This position is a 24 month fixed-term contract.
As a Coordinator, Outbound Marketing, you will...
- Plan and request email and push notifications to the Marketing Operations team to support marketing strategies
- Provide assets, translations and approvals to the Marketing Operations team to build the outbound campaigns
- Create and update outbound reports, analyze AB tests and provide recommendations
- Create test plans with clear hypotheses and guidelines to determine if a campaign was successful
- Update and maintain roadmap documentation
- Ensure all outbound communication is aligned with brand guidelines in terms of creative and tone of voice
