Reporting to the Managing Directors, this role requires extensive experience in procurement, supply chain, and MRO operations, along with a strong innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement.
1. Lead high-level contract negotiations with MRO service providers, aligning with company goals and financial targets
2. Build strong relationships with stakeholders
3. Oversee repair processes, ensuring cost-effective outsourcing and efficient material flow
4. Ensure the seamless operational execution of customer contracts, from quoting to delivery
5. Manage the implementation and performance of contracts, focusing on achieving KPIs
6. Manage budgets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the Managing Directors and collaborating with senior management colleagues to drive financial and operational improvements
7. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
8. Collaborate with senior leaders and teams across the organization to align with corporate strategy and drive business success

9. Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications such as APICS, Six Sigma is a plus)
10. 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management in the aviation MRO industry, with senior management leadership experience
11. Proven leadership background in Airline MRO or an MRO organization is a must
12. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices
13. Demonstrated expertise in contract management, negotiation, and financial acumen
14. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
15. Excellent analytical skills, proficient in ERP systems and relevant procurement tools
16. Deep understanding of aviation industry regulations and compliance standards
17. Willingness to travel
