In this role, you will manage daily accounting operations, support audits and tax compliance, and contribute to ERP implementation and process improvements. Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic international team playing a critical role in accurate financial reporting and compliance across the Group. Your Focus: Manage daily accounting operations: invoice processing, accruals, payments, payroll postings, and reconciliations. Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports. Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and Group accounting policies. Prepare and submit VAT, income tax filings, statistical and regulatory reports. Collaborate with third-party accounting firms for local compliance and reporting. Support audit preparation and ensure audit-readiness of documentation. Contribute to Workday ERP implementation and internal process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax compliance. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday ERP is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus. Nice-to-Have: Experience working with external accounting providers. Exposure to finance transformation or ERP implementation projects.
