We are looking for an expert sales specialist, in the role of a Senior Key Account Manager, who is negotiating framework and delivery contracts with large scale customers on an executive level.
Tasks to be performed:
1. Systematically identifying and acquiring new target customers in the industrial, utility, and municipal segments, navigating and managing the sales process from lead status to closing, and working closely with internal interfaces.
2. Preparing all necessary documents (KYC, presentations, indicative and binding offers) within tenders.
3. Negotiating framework contracts and term sheets.
4. Maintenance and close support of top level customers.
5. Continuous research of market trends and competition.
6. Actively assisting product management in developing or enhancing products and models.
7. Organizing, conducting, and participating in sales events and fairs.
Qualifications
Required skills:
1. University/College degree.
2. 7-10 years’ relevant sales experience in the energy industry.
3. Profound spoken and written English.
4. Experience with CRM Systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
5. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiating skills.
6. Creativity, entrepreneurial thinking.
7. Highly organized and respectful of deadlines.
8. Able to work under pressure and set priorities in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
