Becoming part of our Sales team as our Sales Support Manager we can count on you to transform offers into convincing sales documents and ensure smooth coordination throughout the entire offer process Motivation to promote Paymenttools exceptional service and product drives you as well as being part of a growing and transformational team Your Tasks Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from kickoff to qualification and final submission, ensuring on-time delivery of consistent, high-quality proposals. Work closely with sales teams to grasp client requirements and customize bid submissions accordingly. Author, review, and edit bid documents to ensure they are clear, accurate and meet both client specifications and company standards. Create and maintain a comprehensive bid repository with standardized templates and essential documentation. Communicate with clients to clarify requirements when needed, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs. Regularly assess and enhance bid processes to boost efficiency. This includes collaborating with many departments and coordinating all relevant information. Integrate feedback from previous bids to improve the quality of future proposals. Your Experience Fluency in German is a must. Minimum of 2 years of experience in bid management or sales support in a B2B environment at a SaaS company. Contract management RFP/Bid process management Proven project management skills in a previous position or relevant certification.
