We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) with a solid track-record of mastering the claims domain to join our Performance Steering & Claims Transformation Practice Area and work jointly on Claims Excellence engagements of different scope and complexity. Projects span across topics of strategic importance to claims such as digital customer interaction, process design and reengineering, claims automation and anti-fraud among many other to create impact for the Allianz group worldwide. The focus of the (Senior) Consultant position is to complete projects from inception through delivery and provide outstanding consulting services to Allianz entities worldwide. Key Responsibilities
1. Provide end-to-end client engagements within project deadlines, including the full scope of deliverables, problem and conflict resolution, well thought stakeholder management all supported by Allianz Consulting's strong community of experts. Analyze customer needs and develop creative solutions to serve them best
2. Help develop thought leadership and building Allianz Consulting solutions while identifying opportunities for new business and supporting with pitches
3. Ensure adequate personal development of colleagues through mentoring
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
4. University degree or equivalent experience
5. 2-3 years of firsthand experience in core insurance with focus on claims operations and management or consultancy with focus on claims (P&C or L&H)
6. Solid experience in project management in several roles, settings, and methods
7. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx
8. Well-developed presentation, facilitation and conflict management skills
9. Fluency in written and spoken English mandatory, German is a clear plus, other languages would bring extra points
Desired requirements /skills /experience
10. First experience in change management, quality management, integration and re-organization
11. Understanding of business process design, -mapping, -analysis, -mining and re-engineering
12. Fundamentals of business case design
13. International work experience (min. 6 months)
