As Global Head of Customs you will in this position lead, manage and develop global customs processes and teams, including centers of excellence in Asia Pacific, Greater China, Europe and the Americas.
In your new role you will:
* Lead, manage and improve global customs processes and teams, including centers of excellence in Asia Pacific, Greater China, Europe and the Americas
* Optimize customs processes to ensure speed, compliance and business continuity
* Assure customs processes are compliant while choosing a cost optimized customs procedure
* Coordinate and work closely with Export Control and Internal Audit on the Internal Control Program, reporting to CFO
* Perform internal Customs Audits globally
* Conduct and facilitate local and global workshops
* Support Customs and Trade Policy Protection Instruments working group of the BDI and the Customs and Supply Chain working group of the ZVEI

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
* A degree in business administration, economy, supply chain or similar
* At least 10 years’ professional experience and more than 5 years within Infineon with international network
* Deep knowledge and passion about Supply Chain and Customs Processes
* Proven leadership skills for global organizations in different cultures
* Understanding of Infineon’s transportation lanes and distribution concept
* Basic technical and semiconductor industry know-how, paired with high degree of analytical thinking
* Sound presentation and communication skills
* Strong ability to organize and structure complex issues, projects and teams
* Fluency in English and German skills in verbal and written communication
