Specifically, we are looking for a “Administration officer” who wants to join the company.
Mission
The administration staff shall perform the administrative works, including the accounting, procurement, and management of materials and stock.
Duties
• Planning maintenance activities in coordination with all the involved departments.
• Manage and plan the effective management of the tugs in the Terminal.
• Reporting of the mentioned above activities.
• To provide administrative support for relevant tasks required by the operation, in relation to information management, verification and adhering to the day to day needs of the plant.
• To manage, support and document the accounting processes related to the customer and suppliers.
• Coordination of deliveries and mail service. Search for suppliers, audit and formally approve suppliers.
• Accounting record of the operations carried out by the company.
• To custode and manage the corporate, mercantile and control and management documents of the Company's operations.
• Collaborate in the preparation of short-and-medium-term cash forecasts and place possible surpluses, optimizing management.
• Prepare tax settlements, ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
• To comply with all administrative procedures set forth in the Company's Manual of Administrative Procedures.
• Track the status of requests, contracts, and orders using automated or manual files and through contacts with vendors, supply technicians, inventory managers, and engineers.
• To ensure their own health and safety, and that of the members of their environment, with proper use of their work equipment, complying with emergency plans, and immediately informing their superiors of any risk situation.
• To ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies on environmental matters.
Requirements
• Financial, accounting and tax related degree
• Language skills: English (C1) and/or German (B2) and/or Spanish (B2)
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Other competences such as ability to work under pressure, teamwork, analitical thinking and attention to detail
