Activities As an Outbound Email Caign Manager, youll be responsible for creating high quality email caigns that connect with our audience and drive measurable results. Heres what youll be doing: Email Caign Development: Plan, create, and optimize email caigns tailored to diverse target groups, ensuring maximum impact and engagement. Build and maintain high quality email lists to support outreach and caign effectiveness. Develop compelling tests to continuously improve performance. Automation Workflows: Design and implement email automation workflows for lead nurturing, customer acquisition, and retention. Performance Analysis Optimization: Analyze email caign performance metrics, such as open rates, click through rates, and conversions, to identify areas for improvement. Derive actionable insights and implement data driven optimization measures. Strategic Coordination: Work hand to hand with the (content) marketing team to ensure caigns with broader strategies. Work closely with other teams such as Sales, Startup Relations, and Program to integrate their needs seamlessly into overarching strategies and to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across all touchpoints. Compliance Quality Assurance: Ensure all email marketing activities adhere to GDPR and other legal requirements. Maintain high standards of email deliverability and user experience. Requirements Email Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in planning and executing successful email marketing caigns, including automation and lead nurturing workflows. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze caign performance data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. Proficiency with Tools: Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot is a plus) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4. A/B Testing Knowledge: Skilled in testing variables to optimize results. Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple caigns simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. Collaborative Mindset: Skilled in working cross functionally and communicating insights effectively to diverse teams. Compliance Awareness: Solid understanding of GDPR and other email marketing regulations. Experience in the startup ecosystem or event marketing is a plus!
