The MIKUTA brand was founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens White, starting in 2017 with a small jewellery line, which later expanded to clothing in 2019. MIKUTA is a young, wild & free-inspired fashion brand for modern women with a glimpse of rock’n’roll. MIKUTA is currently one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the fashion market.
Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal. We are currently working with Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter Collection cycles and soon grow to a product portfolio of more than 150 products.

ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our growth efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving MIKUTA’s customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, as well as expanding our reach into new markets. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with MIKUTA’s brand vision and business goals.
2. Support MIKUTA’s expansion into new international markets while maintaining a consistent brand message and localised experience.
3. Oversee budgeting and forecasting for all growth channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across key markets, particularly in the US, Europe, and emerging markets.
4. Lead a data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention, leveraging analytics to make informed decisions and optimise campaign performance, particularly advanced attribution modelling like MMM.
5. Utilise data insights to segment audiences, personalise campaigns and drive high conversion rates across channels.
6. Set up A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and creative effectiveness.
7. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
8. Work closely with the brand and content teams to create performance-optimised creative assets, ensuring alignment with Mikuta’s brand identity and storytelling.
9. Provide insights and feedback to the content team on what resonates with different customer segments and markets, helping to shape visual and messaging strategies that boost engagement and conversion.
10. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey across all touchpoints, focusing on customer loyalty and lifetime value.
11. Continuously test new growth tactics, channels, and campaigns, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to drive sustainable growth.
12. Keep up with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep MIKUTA ahead of the curve.
ABOUT YOU
1. Proven track record in a senior growth marketing role, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
2. Experience in leveraging data to drive marketing strategy and growth in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) or e-commerce environment.
3. Has successfully worked with creative, brand, and content teams to produce impactful, brand-aligned marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
4. Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) and performance marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
5. Understanding of how content and creative impact performance, with the ability to provide input that helps bridge data and brand storytelling.
6. Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, with a collaborative and motivational management style.
7. Ability to navigate new markets, especially the US, and scale initiatives that cater to diverse customer bases across regions.
8. A strong understanding of the customer journey and how to enhance it through effective marketing.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
10. Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
