Responsibilities
1. Conduct detailed financial analysis on IT CapEx projects, including ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and variance analysis
2. Support in the preparation of the budget and forecasting. Collaborate in identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities. Support in proposing corrective actions to meet the objectives established in the budget, strategic plan, and annual forecast
3. Support in the evaluation of project profitability with the aim of maximizing benefit
4. Manage the IT CapEx budget, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring adherence to financial policies and guidelines
5. Collaborate closely with IT teams, project managers, and senior leadership to understand project financials, provide financial insights, and support decision-making
6. Prepare regular reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders to communicate financial performance, forecasts, and key metrics
7. Implement tools such as Power BI or Tableau to improve management control efficiency
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to IT CapEx expenditures
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls and policies, and audit requirements related to IT CapEx spending
10. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial information
11. Develop financial models to support scenario analysis, project planning, and long-term financial projections for IT investments
Profile
12. Professional in Economics or Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
13. Master in Finance or MBA will be value
14. Minimum of three years of experience in IT financial management or a similar role
15. Understanding of financial principles, including NPV, IRR, and depreciation
16. Excellent accounting software user skills, such as SAP EMP, SAP Analysis Office and Oracle
17. Deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Power BI and Tableau
18. Strong teamwork skills with ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present financial information effectively to non-financial management
20. Detail and results-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
21. High problem-solving capacity and multitasking with organizational capability and critical thinking
22. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
