Qualifications and Competencies for Success A completed degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 3 years of proven experience in leading projects and managing teams, with a deep understanding of HR systems, data management, and process optimization. Fluency in German and English is essential. Cross-industry knowledge of trends in HR analytics, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve systems and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to tackle complex challenges. High communication, persuasion, assertiveness, and presentation skills.
