This 2-year position located in Karlsruhe starts as soon as possible. Salary per TV-L (100%). Founded by EDF and KIT in 2002, EIFER provides innovative energy solutions for a sustainable future. R&D Projects and Proposals: Contribute to projects on environmental economics, accounting, and management. Environmental Impact Analysis: Review and assess physical environmental impacts, conduct cost-benefit analyses and monetary valuations, review and test new methodologies and frameworks, and benchmark emerging tools and approaches. Bibliographic reviews and concrete case studies are foreseen. Regulations and Practices: Analyze and benchmark environmental regulations and practices in France, Germany, and Europe. Master’s degree or PhD in environmental engineering or economics. Knowledge of physical and monetary assessment of environmental impacts. Interest in advancing environmental and ecological economics and accounting activities, including developing new proposals for industrial and public-funded projects.
