Responsibilities Verifies customer eligibility, reviews and verifies applications for completeness and accuracy of information. Receives payment and provides change for service fees. Accurately maintains change funds. Maintains all automation requirements associated with special events. Updates customer files with new information. Verifies all customer data transactions for accuracy. Reviews validity of application and maximum distribution of forms. Provides guidance to questions regarding changes/updates of assigned programs. Maintains office-filing system, assists with funds control, data entry and credit card processing at various events. Performs functions as cashier fills in for slot/amusement machine drops and assists in the collection of dishonored checks as required. Stays current with changes to regulations, policies and programs. Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
