You areresponsible for the execution of service contracts, always keepingtime, budget, as well as quality and safety guidelines in mind.Your Key responsibilities will be: • Collaboration in the executionof service contracts and maintenance of systems and installationsin the field of critical infrastructure. • Administration ofWindows servers and clients, networks, backups, group policies, aswell as serving as a competent point of contact for technicalissues, both remotely and on-site for national and internationalcustomers. • Travel activity is about 50%, of which 70% is withinGermany. • Coordinate and define work processes, execution, etc.on-site with the customer. • Prepare reports and protocols. Updateand supplement related documents such as system overviews,functional, wiring, and circuit diagrams. • Maintain and increasecustomer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout allproject phases. • Act independently with a strong sense ofresponsibility towards your colleagues and the business, in fullalignment with our ABB values for safety andintegrity.Qualifications for the roleSuccessfully completedvocational training or technician in the field ofinformation/electrical engineering or a comparable field.Ideally,2-3 years of professional experience in engineering.Highly familiarwith Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Officeapplications.Knowledge in the areas of network technology/ITsecurity/virtualization (VMWare)/Active Directory/WSUS/Acronis.Ideally, initial experience with ABB 800xA and ABB Melody.Fluent inGerman and English, both written and spoken, is required.Clearfocus on occupational safety and a strong commitment toconsistently adhering to all safety guidelines.A high level ofself-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to stay informed about newtechnologies.Collaborative and solution-oriented working style,along with strong communication skills.BenefitsCanteenEmployeeAssistance ProgramEmployee Share Acquisition PlanMore about usWevalue people from different backgrounds.
