YOUR ROLE
* Develop & implement a global data analytics strategy & tools generating actionable insights & establishing decision-making processes aiming at incremental, sustainable & profitable net sales throughout the global, regional and local B2B eShop organisations
* Develop and implement holistic strategy for behavioral tracking and analytics on a global level across brands, platforms, and business units
* Accelerate business growth by creating a 360-degree view of the customer journey across all ecosystem touchpoints and enabling data-driven decision making
* Concept, setup and analyze digital campaigns to drive lead generation and optimization of product development and business strategies
* Lead the Data & Analytics workstream within the Ecosystem project and steer media agencies for important activation campaigns within the global Henkel Consumer Brands Professional business
* Develop and roll-out KPI dahboards to measure the impact of Sales and Digital Marketing initiatives across channels incl. eShop, website, media & social media campaigns and eCRM
* Define use-cases and setup data connections to enable eCRM campaigns and personalization use-cases, ensure their successful implementation and performance monitoring
* Development of an internal Analytics community across all Henkel business units & Give support to the local teams to successfully implement New Customer Acquisition campaigns
* Lead & Mentor GBS+ team members on data & analytics topics (on an indirect base, dotted line)
YOUR SKILLS
* Master’s degree with eCom focus
* 5+ years of profound professional working experience in data analytics management in an e-Commerce environment managing a multinational B2B and/ or B2C, ideally FMCG
* Strong commercial sense to identify growth opportunities
* Ability to create and utilize data (analytics) to drive decisions related to digital sales campaigns
* Highly self-motivated, & strong ability to think out-of-the-box
* Outstanding interpersonal skills including strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills
* Excellent English language skills, German & other languages are beneficial
