Currently, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth by expanding our footprint within existing customers’ organizations. Your ability to build and nurture professional relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate across teams will be key to your success.
What you will do:
1. Develop strategies to grow revenue from existing customers by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and service opportunities
2. Build and maintain strong professional connections across various units and levels within customer organizations
3. Leverage market insights, company data, and usage trends to identify potential growth opportunities
4. Work closely with Customer Success, Product, New Sales, and Marketing teams to align efforts and achieve growth objectives.
5. Initiate and lead customer-focused marketing activities, such as newsletter campaigns, events, and webinars
6. Represent Fluix at customer events, industry conferences, webinars, and other gatherings
What We’re Looking For:
7. A Bachelor degree in one of these fields or similar: Business, Economics, Energy
8. First experience in a customer-facing role with a sales agenda.
9. Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
10. Ability to create convincing product and services presentations in Google Slides.
11. A strong entrepreneurial hunter mindset.
12. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights for decision-making.
13. Explicit willingness to learn about the energy and utilities sectors and become an expert.
14. First touchpoints with planning and executing customer marketing initiatives.
15. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
16. Proactive and self-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
17. Willingness to travel for events and customer meetings as needed.
18. Fluent in English and one more European language.
