To continue building customer trust the Brand Escalations and Engagement Management team works with brands, sellers and internal stakeholders to identify and prevent product and brand abuse in areas such as copyright, trademark and counterfeit for our customers worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced risk manager (m/f/d) to shape the future of Brand Escalation and Engagement Management worldwide. This team of risk managers investigate complex cases of suspected infringement of intellectual property and other abuse. With our findings, we drive improvements for policies, tools and technology innovations to protect customers. We take appropriate action to defend intellectual property, to protect brands, and to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
In this role you will partner with various other teams at Amazon including Customer Trust External Relations, Legal, Retail, Product Quality & Safety, Selling Partner Performance, Counterfeit Crimes Unit, Compliance or Brand Registry. You will interact with Amazon leadership on complex investigations and you will improve the way Amazon protects customers from fraud and abuse.
